2. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your items, prices, billing and shipping addresses.
If there is any mistake in your confirmation, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
3. Delivery
Our standard delivery time within Sweden is 3–15 business days. Note: Orders placed during weekends will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest.
For orders within Europe, the estimated delivery time is approximately 5–20 business days, depending on the destination country.

4. Prices
All prices are stated in SEK/EUR and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, printing errors or incorrect information.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period from the day you receive your order.
5.1 To exercise your right of withdrawal:
Notify us at [email protected] and include your name, address, email, order number and items you wish to return.
Products must be returned within 14 days of your notice.
You are responsible for return shipping and product condition. We recommend returning items well-packaged and in original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount if products show signs of use or damage.

6. Complaints
We inspect all items before shipping. If an item is defective or incorrect, we will resolve the issue at no cost under Swedish consumer law.
Always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
Report complaints as soon as the issue is discovered.
6.1. How to file a complaint:
Email [email protected] and include your name, address, email, order number and a description of the issue.
If we cannot resolve the issue or provide a replacement, we will refund the item.
We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
We follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages due to the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor conflict, fire, war, government decisions, or supplier failures.
We are not responsible for changes in product characteristics made by the supplier.
8. Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors and final sale of products.
We do not guarantee that product images reflect exact appearance due to screen or image resolution differences.

By shopping with SIWAN, you accept our privacy policy. We only collect necessary data to process your order.

SIWAN is the data controller and processes your data to manage orders or marketing if you opt-in.

10.2. What data do we store?
We store your name, address, phone, email, IP address and order history for order handling and support.
Data is stored as long as legally required, e.g. for accounting.

Data is processed to fulfill purchase agreements. Marketing requires consent.
10.4. What data is shared and why?
10.4.1 Payment provider: Klarna, Swish. Data shared includes name, address, email, phone. Personal ID for invoicing.
10.4.2. Shipping provider: Postnord. We share name, address, and contact info for delivery.
10.4.3 Newsletter: If subscribed, your name and email are shared with our provider for sending offers.

You can request a record of your data.
10.6 Right to Correction
You can request updates to incorrect data.
10.7 Right to Erasure
You can request deletion of your data unless we are legally obliged to retain it.
